Role Overview:
As a member of the fraud practice, you will report directly to the Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our fraud training on an initial 4 month associate basis, with a view to extension and possible permanent opportunity.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have over 2 years of experience delivering fraud training within a banking operational setting.
- Are responsible for developing a comprehensive training strategy and supporting the creation of relevant training content and materials.
- Capable of designing a framework to assess the competency of vendor resources.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of the fraud landscape within financial institutions.
- Should have knowledge of fraud investigations.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating with teams and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Candidates should be based in Glasgow or willing to travel as required.
