We are seeking a highly skilled Windows SharePoint Contractor to lead and deliver a short-term Windows SharePoint project over a concentrated 6-week engagement. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process, from gathering business requirements through to deployment, training, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and functional requirements.
- Solution Architecture & Design
Design an effective and scalable SharePoint solution tailored to the organisation’s objectives. - Configuration, Customisation & Integration
Build and configure SharePoint components, develop custom features, and integrate with existing systems and workflows. - Migration Strategy Development
Develop a comprehensive migration plan covering new projects, historical data, and archiving. - Training & Change Management
Deliver training sessions and support change management to ensure user adoption and a smooth transition. - Deployment & Execution of Migration Plan
Lead the deployment process and ensure successful implementation of the new SharePoint environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Windows SharePoint projects. Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in Windows SharePoint architecture, configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Experience planning and executing complex data migrations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple phases of a project lifecycle.
